Yamaha STAGEPAS Portable PA Systems
Yamaha STAGEPAS 400BT and 600BT Portable PA Systems
The Yamaha STAGEPAS 400BT and STAGEPAS 600BT are portable PA systems designed for musicians, presenters, performers, events, rehearsals, and other applications that require clear sound in an easy-to-transport setup.
Each system combines a powered mixer with two passive speakers and includes Bluetooth audio streaming, onboard effects, flexible input options, and practical sound-control features.
Portable All-in-One PA Design
The STAGEPAS series is built around portability and straightforward setup.
The powered mixer can be detached from the speaker cabinet, while the system includes two speakers, speaker cables, and a power cable. This integrated design helps users transport and set up a complete PA system without requiring a complicated collection of separate components.
Bluetooth Wireless Audio Streaming
Both STAGEPAS 400BT and 600BT include Bluetooth connectivity for wireless audio playback from compatible smartphones and tablets.
This allows users to play background music, backing tracks, presentation audio, or other music directly through the PA system without needing a wired connection to the playback device.
Built-In Powered Mixer
The STAGEPAS systems include detachable powered mixers that provide flexible connections for microphones, instruments, and other audio sources.
The STAGEPAS 400BT uses an 8-channel mixer, while the STAGEPAS 600BT incorporates a 10-channel mixer. Both provide microphone and line inputs as well as stereo input configurations for connecting different types of audio equipment.
SPX Digital Reverb
Yamaha's SPX digital reverb technology is built into both systems.
Four reverb programs are available, allowing users to add ambience to vocals and acoustic instruments. The reverb type and effect parameters can be adjusted directly from the mixer, helping performers shape their sound without requiring an external effects processor.
1-Knob Master EQ
The 1-Knob Master EQ provides a simple way to adjust the overall character of the system.
By turning a single control, users can adapt the sound for applications such as speech, music performance, or situations where additional low-frequency presence is required.
This makes basic sound adjustment more accessible during quick setups and changing environments.
Built-In Feedback Suppressor
Feedback can occur when microphones interact with amplified speakers, producing unwanted high-pitched sounds.
The STAGEPAS 400BT and 600BT include an onboard feedback suppressor designed to automatically reduce problematic feedback frequencies.
The system can activate this function with a simple control, helping maintain clearer sound during presentations and live performances.
Flexible EQ Control
Individual channel EQ controls allow users to adjust the tonal balance of connected microphones and instruments.
The STAGEPAS 400BT provides 2-band channel EQ, while the STAGEPAS 600BT includes 3-band EQ with additional mid-frequency control.
These controls can be useful when shaping vocals, guitars, keyboards, and other sound sources within a live mix.
Hi-Z Instrument Input
A dedicated Hi-Z function allows compatible electric-acoustic guitars, basses, and other instruments with passive pickups to be connected directly to the mixer.
This provides musicians with a convenient way to incorporate instruments into the PA setup without requiring additional interface equipment for many common applications.
Phantom Power for Condenser Microphones
Both systems provide phantom power on selected microphone channels.
Phantom power allows compatible condenser microphones to receive the electrical power they need directly through the microphone cable, making the system suitable for a wider variety of microphones used for vocals, instruments, presentations, and recording-style applications.
Monitor and Subwoofer Connections
Dedicated monitor outputs allow additional powered speakers to be incorporated into a larger sound setup.
A dedicated subwoofer output is also included. When a powered subwoofer is connected, the system automatically applies a high-pass filter to the main STAGEPAS speakers, helping manage low-frequency reproduction across the system.
Designed for Different Events and Performances
The flexible connection options make the STAGEPAS systems suitable for a broad range of uses, including:
-
Live music performances
-
Vocal and acoustic performances
