How to use the tuner?
- Adjust each parameter according to the instructions in the "Function & Operation" section.
- Clip the tuner on your instrument. Adjust the tuner for the best viewing angle.
- Play the instrument. The tuner displays the note's name and pitch:
- If the indicator points left, the note is flat.
- If the indicator points right, the note is sharp.
- The note is in tune if the indicator stays vertical and the screen turns green.
* The tuner MUST be clipped on your instrument while tuning.
How to replace the battery?
- Press the front of the battery cover and then slide it back to remove the cover.
- Put the battery into the compartment with the negative pole facing inward. Insert the front of the cover first, and then push to close. You can also use the equipped screw to lock it.
- After inserting the battery, the unit will be on and in tuner mode.
- The tuner turns off automatically if there is no operation for 3 minutes.
